Managing Your Subscription

Access the Stripe Customer Portal to:

• Update payment method
• View invoices
• Change plans
• Cancel subscription

Open the URL to access your billing portal.

Upgrading

Upgrading is instant:

1. Access billing portal
2. Click "Update plan"
3. Select new plan
4. Confirm change

What happens:

• New quota applies immediately
• Prorated charge for remaining billing period
• No service interruption

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time:

1. Access billing portal
2. Click "Update plan"
3. Select lower plan
4. Confirm change

What happens:

• Change takes effect at next billing cycle
• Current quota remains until period ends
• Credit applied for unused time

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

1. Access billing portal
2. Click "Cancel plan"
3. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

• Access continues until period ends
• API key deactivated at period end
• No refunds for partial periods

Payment Methods

We accept:

• All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Debit cards
• Some regional payment methods (via Stripe)

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

1. We'll email you immediately
2. Your status changes to past_due
3. You have 7 days to update payment
4. After 7 days, subscription is canceled

To fix:

1. Access billing portal
2. Update payment method
3. Retry payment

Invoices

All invoices are available in the billing portal:

• Automatic monthly receipts
• PDF download available
• Tax information included
