Dashboard Guide
Navigate your OG Image API dashboard.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Go to ogimageapi.io/dashboard
- Log in with your email and password
- View your usage, API key, and billing

Current Month Usage
See your real-time usage:
- Current count: Images generated this month
- Quota: Your plan's monthly limit
- Progress bar: Visual representation
- Days until reset: When your quota resets
Usage History
The 30-day chart shows:
- Daily generation counts
- Trends over time
- Peak usage days
API Key Management
Viewing Your Key
Your API key is displayed in the dashboard:
- Full key is visible (keep it secure!)
- Click "Copy" to copy to clipboard
Regenerating Your Key
If your key is compromised:
- Click "Regenerate Key"
- Confirm the action
- Important: Your old key stops working immediately
- Update your applications with the new key
Plan Management
Current Plan
View your active plan:
- Free: 25 images/month
- Starter: 500 images/month ($9/mo)
- Pro: 2,000 images/month ($19/mo)
- Agency: 10,000 images/month ($49/mo)
- Publishing: 50,000 images/month ($99/mo)
Upgrading
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout
- Complete payment
- Plan upgrades immediately
Managing Billing
For existing paid subscribers:
- Click "Manage Billing"
- Opens Stripe Customer Portal
- Options available:
- Update payment method
- Download invoices
- Cancel subscription
- Change plan
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
Recent invoices are displayed with:
- Date
- Amount
- Download PDF link
Downloading Receipts
Click "Download PDF" next to any invoice for:
- Official receipt
- Tax documentation
- Expense reporting
Account Security
Session Management
- Sessions are stored securely
- Automatic logout after extended inactivity
- Sign out from the dashboard to end session
Best Practices
- Don't share your API key — Each team member should have their own account
- Regenerate compromised keys — Immediately if you suspect exposure
- Use environment variables — Never hardcode keys in source code
- Sign out on shared computers — End session when done
Common Tasks
Check Remaining Quota
- View "Usage This Month" card
- Subtract current from quota
- Or check the percentage in the progress bar
Update Payment Method
- Click "Manage Billing"
- In Stripe Portal, click "Payment methods"
- Add new card or update existing
Cancel Subscription
- Click "Manage Billing"
- In Stripe Portal, click "Cancel plan"
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
Download All Invoices
- Click "Manage Billing"
- In Stripe Portal, view billing history
- Download individual PDFs
Troubleshooting
Can't Log In
- Check email is correct
- Try password reset
- Clear browser cookies
- Contact support
Usage Not Updating
- Usage updates in real-time
- Refresh the page to see latest
- Check you're using the correct API key
API Key Not Working
- Verify key is copied correctly (no extra spaces)
- Check plan is active
- Ensure quota not exceeded
- Try regenerating key
